Certain managers liked to micromanage daily tasks, so that wasn't fun. Worked here part time while in school. Flexible with my schedule but inconsistent hours.
Aggressive sales goals that they based hours on weekly. Favorite part was getting free clothes every month. Overall great place to work at. Great management, great company that supports you. My experience was great working there. Pros Employee discount. Typical work day was very stressful. Lack of management made it difficult for some associates because all the work would be put on to them to do.

Working with Armani Exchange, was a very surreal experience. This was one of the few companies where I felt happy, I learn a lot about sales and marketing. The costumer service is excellent. As soon as you walk into the store there is someone greeting you. They are constantly asking costumers if they need something.

They expect a lot and are extremely visually driven. Floor sets can be overwhelmingly tedious. Major visual changes happen monthly the entire store changes with intricate updates in between.

I never felt my job was threatened and had an opportunity to grow in the company.
Management In general, managers at Armani Exchange are fun to work with. Very engaging and energetic.
