The proximity to downtown and The University of Texas is fantastic! Everything I need is right here in this area. I don't have to travel far. We have lots of people with dogs and dog-friendly parks. For Austin traffic, this is about as good as it gets without moving into downtown with its sky-high rental prices. From here, it's easy to get on MoPac and drive downtown.

And if you work north of Allandale, there's virtually no traffic. It's good for young families, safe. It has grown slightly slower than the other nearby parts of town, but there is still plenty going on with quite a bit to do. At least that's the impression I get.
