Our family loves the playground on 4th and being able to walk to Nicollet and Boom Island. I wish there were more green spaces.

Safe to walk at night with friends and people are always out walking their dogs. Lots of close coffee shops and stores to visit. Downtown proximity without feeling like downtown is also a nice perk.
